We rented a Wrangler last September, but had to cancel due to the hurricane. No problem. Needed to rent in Key West, but return in Key Largo. No problem. We weren’t able to bring beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella on the plane. No problem. This has been one of the easiest companies to work with. We only gave a 5 rating because that’s as high as we're allowed to praise them. From the woman who picked us up at our hotel to rent the Jeep, to the owner, to everyone we spoke with, the customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Period. Thank you Sally and everyone at KWA. We will without a doubt be coming by any time we return to the islands.

BEST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE IN A DECADE!!!!! Like most vacationers, my wife and I rent vehicles at virtually all of our destinations. Unfortunately, like most car rental companies, they have lost touch with what it really means to provide EXCELLENT SERVICE. Not Key West Adventures! The staff there couldn't be more accommodating to the point that it was praise worthy. When we arrived, the vehicle was parked out front of their office, clean and ready to go. Typically, I have to do a walk around to identify scratches, dents, dings and the overall lack of cleanliness of the vehicle. My wife and I are particular about our own vehicles so we typically end up having to clean windows, etc. before we leave. Not this time! The car was new, clean inside and out. How refreshing. All we had to do was get into it and drive away. When we returned the vehicle, a staff member dropped us off at the airport. They were professional every step of the way.

Amazing jeep rental experience! The ladies at Key West made this a simple process to rent. We rented a jeep for 24 hours. All paperwork, signing forms, and insurance cards were done online. Day of rental we walked the jeep, they went over specifics, and gave us a map of popular places along the keys. Within fifteen minutes we were on our way. Jeep was brand new and in excellent condition.

Great Experience ?? Did a flight to KW from Tampa to stay about a week. Setup everything between email and calls with a great helpful staff. Picked up an almost new (6500 miles), blue jeep at the front door on a Sunday after they closed. We decided to stay a few extra days, so called and had no problem extending the jeep. Just added the charges to my card on file and was given what the total would be during the call, simple and easy. We will definitely be using this company for any transportation in KW from now on.
